You might be here because something feels off, heavy, or harder than it used to be — even if you can’t quite put words to it yet. Maybe your mind rarely gets a break, it feels like you have too many tabs open, and everyone is needing something from you at once. You might notice you’re more irritable or less patient than usual, trying to keep it all together while still always feeling a little behind. Over time, this can leave you feeling stretched thin, disconnected from yourself, or quietly wondering why it all feels like too much — and still never quite enough. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re already carrying so much. But it can also be a gentle way to find support, clarity, and a little bit of breathing room again.
I support women and moms during seasons when life feels especially heavy and the strategies that used to work just aren’t enough — whether that’s during pregnancy, postpartum, or big transitions like starting a new job, going to college, or becoming a parent. My approach is warm, practical, and supportive. I meet you where you are, and together we focus on building insight, self-compassion, and tools that actually fit into real, everyday life.
I bring specialized training in ADHD, anxiety, and depression, along with advanced certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and supporting couples after baby. I’m also a mom of two and a fellow woman with ADHD, so I truly understand the mental load, emotional intensity, sensory overwhelm, and constant feeling of “too much” that can come with motherhood. You don’t have to explain or justify your experience here.
I believe meaningful, lasting change happens when we feel safe enough to understand ourselves more deeply and learn strategies that work for who we really are, not who we think we should be. In our sessions, we’ll gently explore how your past experiences, your nervous system, and things like ADHD, anxiety, or depression may be shaping the way you think, feel, and move through your days. My hope is that this work helps you feel more grounded, more confident, and lighter in the ways that matter most to you.
